Yay! I'm famous! I can't find that thread either, so here is:
Wrap coil on something and fix it in the posts. Use something small in diameter -- cotton wicks pretty fast anyway and can keep up usually.
Dry fire it to remove the springiness, and adjust the height. The farther it is from the airhole, the more throat hit you get.
