:) I drilled my Genesis RSST air hole out to 1/16 and then used the next size up to chamfer the hole edges to prevent whistling. It popped through and now it's like vaping through a straw! I need to buy a replacement cap or find a grommet that fits.

Or you can do like I did and get this: RSST Adjustable Airflow Cap. $13.49 at Mad Vapes.

The airflow cap might be just the thing. I've had some issues with mesh taste, even after burning it with juice over and over. I finally got some improvement by wrapping a new mesh around a 2mm silica wick that extends down into the tank. That worked best of all. I'm still vaping mostly on a Kanger Aerotank Mega and an Aspire Nautilus these days and playing around with the RSST until I get it right.

the air holes are a 1.5 and on this build it is a 12 wrap of 26 guage kanthal

so these guys all have good suggestions, but im more of a cloud chaser then most. In my opinion, you have way too many wraps... The coils i wrap are about the same diameter, but i only wrap it about 4 or 5 times. I also use 22G wire, and stick organic cotton right through the coil. throws huge clouds. ill post a picture of my setup on here in a bit
