Ladies ! Get dressed up !

CES thought I should start a thread for this ! (Great idea !)

Did you know that you can now customize and dress up your Profile Page ????


Hmmmm !!! Isn't that cool !!! (click on mine to see)

You can change colors of everything !!!

For backgrounds you can do a color or an image..for images:

FIRST :
get the back ground image from photo bucket/backgrounds

click customize box on the right of your profile page
3rd down on left background..click on box
click use image
insert image URL
repeat:select "both "
submit
scroll up to save

in the middle of the screen somewhere also a "ghost" of words to accept


This is just so fun to do !!! You can go simple or fancy !!!!

I want to see what y'all can come up with !!!!!!!!!!!!....So make sure you post here so we can go see !!

(and be prepared to answer how to do it questions !!)

Officially fixed! I know I keep saying this, but thank you, thank you, thank you! lol

Trying to get the customizer to work in blackened took the profile page colors that particular skin uses and made them into a customization, which is the reason I thought I couldn't see it but everyone else was seeing black with yellow and white, it's what I see all the time! As Classy suggested, I switched over to another skin, customized my page with what I wanted, and then switched back to blackened; problem solved.

Goodwill is a great idea. "All" my dresses are probably older than most they have there anyway.

I shop for all of my dress clothes at the second hand shops anymore. It's certainly cheaper than buying new ones every time I change sizes, which happens a awful lot nowadays. lol

My son helped me walk thru the process! What a pain! I did all the backgrounds and page pictures for a forum I owned..it wasb't half as bad! I do have to admit the color was easier..at least I didn't have to find a RBG colorwheel and copy the numbers!
But for today I like it! Thanks Class..we had fun lol and I didn't have to shave my legs or put on makeup!
