Not happenin.....can't have my babies all locked up in drawers it just doesn't feel right :( I need to be able to just see everything at once, guess the sterilite 3-drawer is going back. Might have to take the plunge on a train case online that I can't see in person, unless I get to KMART and can find something....

I'm so disappointed  I think I may be stuck with my cardboard box forever....I like that I can see everything in it, I just need a bigger one :D HEHE

Speaking of Sterlite things, I keep all the presently using stuff in a Sterlite Tote tub box with lid ... it's the same size as a loaf of bread (which I also store in other Sterlite Totes) and so easy to use. It sits under my tv stand.

Sorry about the carto confusion earlier. I don't know how your cartos are made, but some cartos let us cut off the fluffy tube part, take out the atomizer, and reuse the atomizer as a regular atty until it too dies. (I hate wasting cartos just because the filler fluff got too old and wouldn't juice up any more).

I want to ask you ladies something about e-liquids!

I filled up a couple of cartos with my favorite mix of flavors.

I know it is definitely NOT MY IMAGINATION that it TASTED SO MUCH BETTER after sitting in the carto for about 24 hours.

It tasted so good, I could barely put it down!

(FYI It was Halo's Prime and Viking Vapors Mocha, Chocolate, and Turtle).

So, do you ladies usually let you e-juice breathe or anything?

Please fill me in on what's good!

liquids generally taste better after about a week after they were made. The carto you filled simply had enough time to get the liquid soaked good into it. Most people rush a newly filled carto and complain that it tastes burnt...well...yea...the liquid didn't wick through everything.

Ah ha!

However, I do usually let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes, and I sit them strait up so that the juice does wick down into the "BLACK HOLE".
LOL!

I wondered if it breathing (like a bottle of wine) was advantageous for the e-juices, because I gotta say that WOW is a good description of the flavor!
It wasn't even in the stainless dual-coil that I use on my pass-through! This was in a regular 510 carto on a 510 Manual switch battery.

A friend asked me just the other day about letting the e-juice breathe, should he leave the top off for a while.
Anybody got the 411 on this, please let me know!

anything left open is prone to bacteria...I just cringe when I see people posting to let liquid steep with the lid off....

Hello classwife!

I read an article that said that the PG is used in hospitals & restrooms to kill bacteria and viruses via dispersion through the air.
So, I am thinking that you don't need to be cringing; you probably look cuter when you're not cringing anyway! :D

You say that you have seen posts that people wrote about letting the liquid steep with the lid off?
I'll have to do some more research on this topic.

I probably won't leave the lid off, but it would help explain why that e-liquid tasted so great!
Thanks!

I wouldn't recommend leaving the lid off. There's a potential for either spillage or for unknowns to enter the bottle.

Hello CES!

Thanks for your concern;however, my bottles are packed tightly into a roll-top desk drawer (close to the computer & my pass-through e-cig :vapor:).

As for unknowns, there are no unknowns in this house!: Warning.jpg
