Ladies, the Decorah Eagle's nest eaglets have hatched!

I like to watch when they are being feed.........unless dinner is a cat.

Or fish, or rodents, or ...

fish and rodents I can handle but with the cat, I was sure someone was missing a pet.

yep, it does classy...

it's still amazing how gently the parents give slivers of (mystery) food to the eaglets.

Yes...I love watching them constantly clean and adjust the sticks they bring

they're completely attentive.

I set out to take a quick look to see what they are doing and then just keep watching..............

I had them on screen at work until they both flew away....

I keep a window open...

I had it up until I left this afternoon.

DH saw them and got to thinking about the Doves that nest on a tree by the picture window. Now we are wondering if they'll come back this Spring.
