I took advantage of the really great sale about 3 weeks ago and bought 10 cigar and 10 black smileomizers and a few more DAVs. I just took out a black one and went to fill it. I noticed it didn't look saturated at my usual (approximately) 80 to 90 drops so I just kept adding and adding until it looked saturated and screwed it on. Hmmm... it looks wider around - that's odd. Usually they are flush with the DAV, and this one is fatter. So I measure it with the smileomizer I was replacing it with and it is not taller, just fatter. So I look at the empty box and it says "Large". I didn't notice paying more for the Larger size, nor would I have ordered Large because I like the size of the regular smileomizers, but all 10 of the black ones are Large while the 10 cigar color are regular. When I got them I just put them away, so I don't have the invoice but as I said earlier, I don't believe I paid more for the 10 black than the 10 cigar that I ordered so I am wondering if I just didn't notice the price or if they ran out of the black regular size and substituted or just made a mistake in packing?
At any rate, for those who might have felt (like me) that the regular size was the only size to order because you didn't want to go any bigger or bulkier, the Large size is really not that noticeable size wise, but it sure holds a whole lot of juice! It is also easier to drop juice into because of the slight additional width (I noticed it was easier while filling, but it didn't occur to me that it was a different size because I had assumed the Large ones were taller not wider and they are really not that much different in size). It is wider at the mouth though - but already being used to the big smileomizer end it doesn't bother me.
I am assuming it would be more trouble and expense for everyone concerned to send the smileomizers back and get the right size so I will hang on to them and use them. With the ability to hold more juice and really not adding that much more bulk I might just get hooked on the larger size lol.
So this is my mini review of the Large Smileomizers - try them, you might just love them!
