And I have triton tanks in my pocket a lot. Not many leaks at all.

I've never had a triton tank flood on me (and yes, I've actually tried to do that.) The top coil design makes them muuuuuuch harder to flood over a bottom coil design (See SI's T3 for an example)

I can wholeheartedly give the advice to certainly try a Triton system. The VV is great, but more often than not, my regular 650s are my go to devices. (that or the MVP 2.0 I have... depends on what topper I am using that day really) The flavor from a Triton tank is BOUNDS above what you get with even Halo's carts (talking pre-fills here too). Also, the coils are easier to clean and maintain. Once a carto is dead, there's no saving it, and you can't "really" do much preventative maintenance to them either.

My money would be to get a Triton starter system, load it up, and enjoy!

(Also, certainly hang onto the mini tanks, they're great to use for flavors that you aren't sure you want to commit a tank to, or for flavors you might just want on occasion.

I had one flood on me once, but I was careless and way overfilled it... I just emptied it back out, took it apart, and blew a whole bunch of air through it... the first hit back together gave a slight gargle, then back to normal...

I have it in my pocket alot, but I always make sure to keep it vertical.

People have mentioned the taste of the tanks vs carts and one thing i have noticed the carts taste better after the 2nd or 3rd refill. I usually fill ten at a time and leave the "condoms" off. Possibly the juice "steeps" a bit from the time i fill them to when i actually use them? not sure just something I've noticed.

You are going to be blown away when you get your Triton. They are a big step above the cartos and mini tanks. You would think they require more maintenance, but they are actually easier to refill with the tall center posts and replaceable coils save a lot of money over replacing mini tanks.

One thing I suggest is that you go with a 1300mah. They aren't nearly as big as I was expecting. It doesn't bother me to carry around. If you need ultra portability though, go with the 650mah but be aware they have half the life and might not last you all day. Of course, VV is the best.

That's a good question. I highly doubt it, since the battery is providing the same voltage regardless of what's screwed onto it. I have wondered if Lower ohm coils use the battery more than higher ohm coils, but I have tested all the coils, and if there is a difference in battery life, it's not discernible. Maybe somebody else can chime in with the nitty gritty science.

I have no clue why you would use carts instead of tanks on a Triton though, unless you just have a bunch left over? They mute the flavor so much you might as well toss 'em and just order a couple spare tanks in some spiffy colors.

Oh ok. Ya, the mini tanks have a really tight pull, don't produce much vapor, and heat up quick like Low Resistance cartomizers. Also are a little more cumbersome to refill. They don't hold a candle to the large triton tanks. Give them a try, you should be pleasantly surprised.

They are not that hard to refill at all, tilt them on their side a little bit, pour some in and refill... also if you use a dropper (smaller than the halo droppers) you can get it down in there.

You're right, they are not hard to refill. But they are more cumbersome. Tritons tanks, I could and have refilled in the dark. Glass droppers from 30ml bottles are a bit easier than their plastic 7/10ml eye dropper counterparts.

From much experience, mini tanks produce a considerable amount of condensation build up inside of the rubber (silicone?) plug. Tritons however do not. There is no "plug" between the juice and your mouth, but rather the tip resting firmly up against the condom. When I used mini tanks daily, I would occasionally get mouth leakage. That's never happened with a Triton tank.

Triton tanks won't work with the G6 battery. The Triton tanks only have the kGo threads and not the 808 threads which is what the G6 bat only has. The Triton batteries have both 808 and kGo threads which is why carts and mini tanks work with it as well as the Triton tanks.

The higher resistance uses less battery. The battery is in milli amp hours. Amps = volts divided by resistance. So, as resistance goes up, less current is used, current is amps. On a 3.8v battery, a 2 ohm coil draws 1.9a, a 2.4 coil draws 1.58a. It is negligible when you consider the next point.

Comparing bats on carts is one thing, but cartos vs tanks? You are gonna vape the tank a lot more, cause its yummier. Scientific fact. GreenLeaf is right.

Most any system, you'd carry 2 bats to go out. And 2 Triton bats should last you at least a day and a half.

I just noticed that Halo has longer batteries for the G6 (XL), which is 102 mm (4"),
but I cannot find anywhere what the mAH ratting is. I suspect it is 380 as on the off brand link I posted.
Is it a secret? Why would they not list the spec on the Halo site?
BTW, you only see the XL option on the black color G6 battery.
