Holy what the ...........
Okay so I'm reading all these reviews of the lasers the last few days and thinking hmm okay the lasers are great but can they really be giving that much more of a hit and more vapor like everyone is raving about? I mean after all they are only 3.7v just like anything else that isn't HV.
Got mine in yesterday and, even though it came with a new 510 HV atty and another regular 510 atty that I bought, I decided to toss one of the attys I already had in rotation on it. Tried a couple of them actually as I have 3 that have been in rotation for anywhere from 2 -6 weeks and one that has only been in use for 2 days. Got a bit better hit off of them on the laser than I do from the regular 510 batteries or my 510 PT.
So I'm thinking great it's a cool convenient little device and will be nice to have but not that big a difference in performance. But then, even though I wanted to save the two new attys until I actually needed them since I have so many open already, I decided to ask someone if using the HV atty on it really made that big a difference. I wasn't thinking it really would since an HV atty is made for an HV device, right? But they said it really does so I decided to give it a shot.
what the.....
Ok I don't know why it does but damn does it give a much stronger hit. First 3.7v hit that has almost made me cough like a smoker.(ahh how I've missed you my old friend
