Hi,
Has anyone tried using a laser to create slotted cartomizers ?
I found the dremel method very aggravating (maybe it's just me)... I couldn't tell when I'd cut enough and it seemed like my carto was made of 1/4 steel. Using my Dremel rotary on the 5 setting (which is think is 5k RPM) it pretty much used up a single cutting disk to make one slot. The Dremel method also made a huge mess of metal dust (not healthy).
I figure some on ECF has to have access to a laser metal cutting tool... there has to be a better way to create slotted cartos than a dremel.
I know about punching, but IMO punched cartos don't allow thick juices to flow as well as slotted.
