Is there a ban on consumers receiving vape stuff from offshore or may be just a ban on certain things? In the US there is supposed to be a ban on anything and everything that was not for sale before last August. I don't know if that's being followed or enforced with US retailers (I don't buy anything from US companies except liquid supplies because they don't have the staggering variety of inexpensive accessories available on FT.) When I buy something from FT nothing on the web site reflects the FDA restriction. The delivered package declares "miscellaneous electronics". There is apparently no US Customs catagory for electronic cigarette products.
It might be in place / enforced in UK
However it seems to have had Zero Effect in Spain !
The three Spanish vendors I have checked today are all still selling 2+ Ml tanks,various size bottles of E-Liquid 10ml -100ml take your pick ! Nicotine up to 100% mg strength and up to 1ltr
I guess at some point in the future it will be enforced ?

I can't find out but is it the law that only UK businesses have to comply? If I order my gear from another country, no problem?
Maybe you are told that you can purchase what you want but once they have been paid they can ship wherever they want. If customs don't send your gear to you, it's your problem.

Making a law is one thing. Enforcing it is another. The enforcement people may have better things to do than enforce against something that hurts no one and that they may personally think should be allowed. In the US posession of cigarettes by minors is usually restricted in the law but is virtually never enforced. But I expect that where ecigs are banned for minors police will enforce because they are tax supported. Cigarettes pay extra taxes, ecigs don't. Kids smoking contributes to police pensions one way or another, ecigs don't. Follow the money.
