Hi,

My order # is 1110, placed on 8/2. I have left 2 phone messages and sent several emails and a PM to Millie.

Would someone please let me know where my order is and if it was shipped to the correct shipping address. (Billing and shipping addresses are different.)

This is my first e-cig experience and I HOPE it ends well. I'm beginning to get worried that I need to post in a forum just in the off chance I can get some staff response.

Thanks,
Kerri

I have made two orders with innovapor, both followed the same (rough) time line. Both of my orders came in about 10 business days. Generally it something like this.

Order placed
2 days later shipping label / tracking info sent
3-5 days post office receives package
2-3 days receive package

My only beef is that during this whole time your status will say processing on their website. Noah has explained this in another thread, basically just ignore the perpetual processing problem. You might want to talk to Mark he is the dude that manages shipping there. Did you get a shipping confirmation on this yet? I read somewhere they were having problems sending emails to MSN and Hotmail as they are classified as a tobacco vendor, some stupid policy with Microsoft.

Hope this helps
Ray

This one is only half innovapor's fault. They shipped in a timely manner, in fact it was marked "return to sender, unable to deliver as addressed." on the 8th. I have no idea why, the address is correct.

According to USPS, it's still in town. I'm calling my PO at 8 to see if I can pick it up.

The half that is their fault is that I've tried contacting them several times, if I had been replied to even in the first 48 hours since I requested a status update and tracking number I would have been able to track the package right away and picked it up ASAP. Hopefully they didn't start it back to Boise yet. I'll find out later.

I just find it irritating that I needed to post in a forum they don't even own to get an answer that should be emailed automatically, or at the very least emailed in a timely manner when requested.

Thanks, Kerri

It went back, Millie if you read this I sent you a reply to your email.

I also gave USPS a large earful of hate and discontent for not even bothering to leave a notice. They said I don't have a mailbox, well what's that large black box with my name and address on it that they deliver mail to every day sitting outside of my house for, if not to.... I don't know, PUT MAIL IN? They made a mistake. I MUCH prefer Fed-ex or UPS, at least they'll knock and leave a notice.

Thanks,
Kerri

Wow I thought I was the only one starting to have problems to. I ordered on the 11th and no word yet as far as a tracking number. I'll be patient for a little while longer then I'll be calling them. Yeah USPS sucks if your not home they don't leave a notice. I had that happen to me before and get this the package was small enough to put in my box to.

I may be wrong, but I think that's standard operating procedure with Innovapor. I don't think you get a tracking number unless you call and ask for one.

If you do call, call Mark, as he is amazing and nice and he's the guy who actually pulls the product and ships it out, so he knows what's up. Be aware, too, that "tracking" numbers for Priority Mail aren't really "tracking" numbers, they're more like delivery confirmation numbers. In theory your package SHOULD be scanned at various points along the way, but in my experience the USPS often doesn't bother updating until it's actually at your doorstep, and then the status still isn't updated until that night, if not later.

All I can say is...
There are other suppliers competing for my business.;)

True, of course. The question is, though, how well are they competing? :D

(I was unable to find any whose prices after coupons and shipping came close to Innovapor's, but I admit I wasn't exactly thorough... since Innovapor's the only U.S. distributor of ECOpure, that narrowed my search pretty quickly.)

Now that Innovapor seems to be caught up on the backlog and is turning most orders around in a week or less from order to doorstep, unless you need something really fast, I think they're a very good option.

Anytime you need to talk to Mark, click on the shipping link on the main page of their website. The phone number is there

Well, now I feel like a ........ it was there all along, but I never saw the Shipping/Returns link and had assumed if it were there on the web site it would have been under Contact.

Ah well, at least I found it in one of the threads. :)
