Yeah, we're hiring, BUT, i wouldn't recommend this job to even my worst enemies. I work for the State Government. It's by far the worst job I've ever had.

(And no, I can't say what department, sorry)

Let me guess...
Parks & Recreation?

That could be cool...
You could set up a little home brew juice shop online...
Call it Steam Poached!
Name all your flavors after Road Kill...

Possum Passion
BSD (Bad Squirrel Decision)
Bunny Bye Bye
Bambi Brew
Snake juice
Lizard Spit
Armadill Dew.....

I've never been asked to stop vaping...even though I've vaped just about everywhere including the Mayo Clinic, drug stores, grocery stores, fast food restaurants...pretty much everywhere. I'm not obnoxious about it and don't puff away right in some stranger's face. But I do vape wherever I feel like it.

I would LOVE to work in the Parks Dept.
Unfortunately, I do one of the jobs that involves me being screamed at nearly constantly. Oh, and I do a copious amount of math. I. Hate. Math.

I feel like MN is much more forward and aware about vaping than other places based on most things I've read here.
I vape everywhere I go. Get thumbs ups from cops when I drive by with my K100, get subtle winks and head nods from what seems to be other vapors in public, and anywhere inside I feel more welcome and comfortable than what some of you are describing.

Only place I was asked not to was at work in view of the customers. Which then turned into not at work at all. :/

Haven't we all? lol. I got kicked out of a family bathroom changing room with a girl once. I better not elaborate. The family of four were not happy to see what was going on behind curtain number 1.

3 dog night concert at the Orange County fair. In my seat, outside, with about 14 joints around me.

2nd time, same night - Near the concession stand where smoking is allowed, I had 2 of the rent a cops inform me I couldn't smoke it anywhere else. Unbelievable. Never mind the huge clouds of ......... smoke.

I'd like to mention that while in public, stealth vaping is my mantra. I only bust out the sub ohms at home, and whatever mod I carry while out and about is usually completely concealed by my gigantic ape hand.

I've vaped at Ravinia in full view of people layed out with picnics and candelabras. Yes, people take candelabras to Ravinia. I've vaped at Gymboree while checking out $200 worth of preschool clothing for my daughter. Nobody said a word. I've vaped on the CTA and actually made the L smell a little better.

My fiance's corporate housing is changing over to a smoke free environment and they asked me what e-cigarettes they could purchase for people peeved about the smoking ban in all rooms now. I vape while grocery shopping, I vaped while waiting for my Gyne to hurry up and get to me after waiting 45 minutes past my appointment.

I've vaped at Target, Hooters, Tilted Kilt, Meatheads (awesome burgers) and at the AT&T store while they were replacing a phone that bricked during their update. I've vaped at the Schaumburg Library while kneeling in the back trying to find a book. No one bothers me. Either I'm really stealthy or people won't bother with me.

IF this was another forum I'd ask if all your um, vaping gear was in good order or if there was any flooding and did anyone get juice in their mouth...

But ECF is too classy for such shenanigans, so I won't :D

Only place I've been told not to do it was a pub in Wales that shall remain nameless. They were fine about it for several visits, but then apparently a local had complained about it. Fair enough - but they've lost my custom forever.

P.S It was the Miners Arms in Maeshafn.

The delivery room. I was vaping a cherry blend, which has that slightly antiseptic smell to it and everything was fine, no body noticed me vaping until I switched atties to a sub-ohm. The doctor said my clouds were so thick, he couldn't see the babies head and it was making the mom cough so I was asked to leave. Actually, first I was asked who I was. It wasn't my wife having the baby, I had just snuck in there since I missed the birth of our kid due to a hot streak at a poker game. That's why we call our son Ace. Anyways, I was asked to leave so I complimented the mommy on her neat landscaping, congratulated the dad and left.

I still haven't had anyone tell me I couldn't vape. The closest I came was a co-worker complained about the vaping. I had just converted over a half dozen smokers to vaping and our offices were filled with vapors. I was standing in the hall when she was complaining to the supervisor (who had just switched to vaping.) She started telling him that it was an 'overpowering' smell. I stood literally 5 feet behind her and blew clouds, CLOUDS I tell you, the whole time she complained. Then he asked her, do you smell it now? She said no. So, he said to turn around....the hallway was almost filled with vapor. He said, do you smell it now? She got red faced and stomped out of the office. She hasn't said another word. :)

Love this!!!

Im too chicken to try to vape where smoking is not allowed. Although one time after a very very long wait in the doctors waiting room I did sneak some vaping in the restroom. It was a private one though.

You are not a smoker - I suggest you stop acting like one.

I haven't been at this too long, but it hasn't been a problem for me yet. I vape at work sometimes, but I'm very quiet about it and do it in my office with my door shut. We don't have a specific work policy about it, but my state as a whole has banned vaping in smoke free environments. If someone complained for whatever reason, I suppose they would have grounds even if they're illogical. There are at least 2 of us here that vape, so I wouldn't want to ruin it for anyone else by causing an "issue". Everything here can so, so easily become an issue.

Otherwise, I haven't really vaped anywhere that smoking isn't allowed (except in my own house - we never smoked indoors). Part of it is that
a) I don't have much of a life I guess, lol.. always at work or home.
b) I'm simply so used to being in non smoking areas (the mall, the supermarket, etc) that it doesn't occur to me to even do it.
