I mena i didnt go back to smoking 2 packs aday but at least 5 cigs day till about 3pm this afternoon I smoked the last one in the pack. Im not craving Nic, because im vaping my head off with 25mg, But it is the head addiction part where i think i need one but im not craving one, Know what i mean? I dont even know what i mean, lol, but anyways i just need to type this. I got a plan , Im gonna be lazy and vape for the next few days and try to stay as stress free and just try to stay mellow , anyways i just wanted to share maybe telling the world might help me stay stronger. Well off to bed. night all.

Just remember - don't tell yourself you CAN'T have a cig. Tell yourself, if you need telling, that you will have one if you want one, but you dont want one TODAY. Don't let it have power over you that way.
Take things as slow or as fast as you feel is right for you and if you have one..big deal, it was ONE.
I'm a month off cigs, after 20 years, doing it this way and if I do want one, then I WILL have one, but today I don't want one and it just so happens that 30 odd yesterdays I didnt want one either :)

I still have my morning analog and one at night, for some reason... I think I miss the squishy 'mouthpiece'... haven't been able to kick it completely, but it's already made a huge different, and I consider myself successful still. Everyone is different in their methods, but just getting to e-cigs is a huge step for me and my fiance! Just knowing where you came from makes all the difference sometimes :)

CaptJay that is why im telling myself , I can if i want too, And i feel like i have a freedom that i didnt have before, Where it was i HAD too now it is if i want too and it is my choice. Just one day at a time, I thank you all for understnading because my non smoking have no clue how i feel. I remember feeling like this ALONG time ago when i gave up the bottle it was bitter sweet but in the end so worth it and I know this will be the same with a happy ending if the Damn FDA keeps thier noses out of it....LOL

MsSki, don't kill yourself over it. I went from vaping and smoking to vaping only to vaping and smoking and now vape and use snus. I think that you are doing fantastic. Each of us just has to figure out the right combination of things that get us thru the day. I sit back and think every once in a while about how many cigarettes that I have not smoked in the past seven months and it makes me feel pretty good. You should feel good also about how many you have not had. I know we sometimes focus too much on how much we smoke instead of how much we don't.

Thank for all the encouraging words of wisdom :) I have made it thru the first 24 hours without any cravings. I have had a few "head cravings" like after Dinner, but no NIC cravings thanks to my 510. Im feeling better ever minute that I forget i want to smoke.

    You GO, MsSki!!
Everyone here has given you great advice. Don't be hard on yourself. If you allow it, it will happen. No pressure. It goes much easier that way, and can happen when you least expect it.

I just have to say "Good job" . Unfortunately, I was one of the lucky ones who quit right after getting my PV,(19 days 12 hours ago) but every time I read someone's story of struggling with the analogs I really want to go get a pack. Always a struggle but you'll get there.
My advice is relax, avoid stressful situations and enjoy. It will happen when you're good and ready.
    Good luck

So Far so good this morning. I feel fine and think im gonna be ok with just my 510. It is just wierd to think wow I got no cigs and it is NOT the end of the world....LOL

way to go. keep in mind though cig's are like a drug it only takes one to have you going back to the store to buy another pack. If you do happen to get the though of smoking in your head. find something to do. like a crossword or eat a snack. That method helped me. before I knew it I didn't even think of a cig just vape vape vape.. my new addiction lol

even if you drop 1 cig a day it's improvment. so congrats to you. before you know it you won't even want the 1 in the morning.
