Lavatube repairs?

Hey everyone, had my lavatube for about a month now and initially really liked it.

Then the + voltage button basically seems to have detached and now all of a sudden the LCD won't light up and it's firing on it's own.

Am I out of luck? Is there anything that can be done. I had such high hopes for this PV

They have a warranty, just email them, as long as it isnt physical damage then it will be replaced or fixed :
