lavatube stopped working?

It's not the button or anything when i put a fully charged battery in the screen doesn't even light up it's not just the screen because i've tried messing with it and it will not vape at all.

Is this a known problem and are there any home remedies i can do to patch it up?

My LT didn't work the other day. But it was just a couple of batteries that I thought were charged. But I killed a couple of batteries and now they are dead. So it was just dead batteries. Check your batteries.

Make sure your battery spring is connecting with the batt properly, pull the spring out a little bit and/or clean or lightly sand the spring end that touches the batt. Also make sure the battery ends are clean.
