Lavatube + Tank newb questions

Hey Everyone,

For the past couple of years I have been mixing real and e-cigs. Finally making the push to quitting analog cigs altogether. I have a GreenSmoke setup and have never used e-liquid. I just purchased a Volcano Lavatube with the 4ml Tube tank and a 3.0 cartomizer.

Couple newb questions here.

I am reading that many people really like the boge 3.0 cartomizers. I plan to purchase some, but am a little confused. I see some come pre-punched and some do not. Crystal Clear Vaping seem to have one of the best prices, but they do not seem to be punched. How do I punch them or is it just easier for me to find somewhere that sells pre-punched ones?

I smoked Marlboro Menthol Lights and Parliament Menthol Lights for close to 20 years. Any recommendations on some juice? I read that ProThol is pretty good, so I bought a bottle to try it out.

Also any recommendations would be helpful.

you can use a saddle valve to punch a cartomizer. I think there might be a tutorial on youtube.
