Lavatube V2 Auto Cutoff

Aloha!

Just got a Lavatube V2 on Friday, and so far I love it!

Quick question though, in all the literature for the device, it is advertised as having an auto cutoff at 15 seconds.

I've found that mine cuts off at 10 seconds...

Was there a change to the firmware between prototyping and final production that changed this setting? Or is there something wrong with mine?

Any help would be appreciated!

nothing has been changed and they should have a 15 sec (+/- 1sec) cut off on the draw. Please contact our CS team to see what we can do for you.

Hope you see this again... I took my Lavatube to the kiosk at Pearlridge Mall where I bought it, and we went through two brand new in the box units, as well as the personal devices that belonged to two of the Volcano employees at the kiosk.

All 5 of them had 10 second auto cutoff...

Are you certain that they are supposed to be 15 seconds?

If they are, the problem with mine could be a lot more widespread than one unit.

Yes I am sure they are suppose to be at 15 seconds.

If there is one on island that can be verified to have a 15 second cutoff, can you save it for me?
