We only need 109 more votes to make the point look really big. Or at least add a comma in there. Git 'er done!

Well ironically enough I'm living in Salem Oregon. My youngest daughter alerted me of the story yesterday. We don't have sales tax in Oregon, but our income tax is higher than average. I of course voted no in the poll, but it's just a private poll. 60/40 right now against as it stands now.

I feel Oregon would truly investigate before making a decision. I also thought another thing would pass like it did in Washington state and Colorado last election. Would this tax only be for ecigs purchased within the state? Cause I don't buy any of my gear/juice here.

Puts head back in sand....

Thanks for the heads up, the Californication of Oregon is almost complete.

With the loss of revenue from the new non-smokers, the control freaks got to squeeze from some where...

Time to fight for our liberty...

This is sooo depressing... I've been looking at moving my family to Oregon to avoid the silliness in this state...

It's worse than you think, Cali public employee's on the golden parachute are retiring to Oregon by the thousands to escape the rat race.

Fully knowing the Golden State is broken and facing junk bond status that makes a corrupt Banana Republic a beacon of liberty.

Most intelligent humans learn from their mistakes, yet being on the government dole and public employee mentality tends to infect rural areas that prided themselves on self-sufficiency.

The new liberal mantra of giving up personal responsibility in favor of a Bloomberg Nanny State in the big cities is now creeping into the self-reliant rural areas.

Self-reliance is now seen as anti-social greed, weird, eh?
Oregon is now accepting government dependency the same as Cali, Detroit and Chicago.... we reap what we sow.
