LDO, 5V, 3A Box Mod Regulator type?

Hi guys, I am abit confused of what type of regulator to buy for the 5V Box mod.. I am bad with electrical ..I see only 3 pin & 5 pin type,No 4 pin, is there a difference? Here's a list of a local component store..

LDO 5 volt, 3.0 amp regulator with control pin! orLinear Regulators - Single Channel LDO - UCC383-5 - TI.com I used a 5v 3a TI regulator. i got 5 samples for free from their site shipped to me no charge. Im not sure about these 5 pins.. order one from madvapes that you know will work, or some samples from TI for free.
