Is the 510 on your ato adjustable? You can try lengthening it and in turn backing out the 510 knob at the top of the Nem and then tighten down the knob on the switch. Can you post a pic of your switch as it is now working? I'll post a pick of how I've got mine, throw is hard to say but I'd guess 1/8" or so, I really like the short throw.
Are you using a flat or nipple battery? Mine are nipple and that could certainly make a difference.
Does your button look like mine? I used mine with an IBtanked for a few days with no issues after getting it set up. It's not adjustable but once I got everything else on the mech set-up it worked like a charm. I had a gap between the Nem and the tank but it worked fine, looks just suffered for performance.

I guess I just thought it wasn't working like it was meant to. I think your right if I could adjust the 510 on the atty it would look fine.
Lossend the top all the way. Then screw in the clearo. Then tighten the top screw into it. Inset battery and adjust switch to match. From the looks you switch is a bit to loose and needs to be tightenen down.
Yep, that is what I did. I put the protank on then tightened the top screw on the nem, insert battery and tightened bottom switch. My problem was with the bottom switch. I can't tighten the screw in the switch all the way down. If I do it becomes recessed in the delrin piece and won't make contact with the battery.
That's what mine does, it becomes recessed into the delrin but it still fires. I dunno.
You mind posting pictures on how the hybrid kit attaches to the KFL?

I already have a nemesis hybrid kit from... I already forgot but it was $40 naval brass nem1 or something #23 and its universal to a point. Anyway, my EHPro kayfun clone works nicely but I cant make it a hybrid with my nemesis. The center pin sits too high and I would never be able to to fill the sucker properly, especially if I use a nano kit.
I guess my question is, can anyone link me to a proper side filling kayfun, preferably with a low or adjustable center pin? I see fast tech has some sort of kayfun nemesis kit like mine but it doesnt lock onto the atty, I guess Ill try and order that too. Thanks!
