Determined that ejuice was actually leaking through wicks on KangerTech Emow. Simply added two more wicks (not coiled) in chamber underneath chimney.
Apparently the silica wicks are very porous.
Therefore, I use four wicks total (two coiled wicks connected together by twisting the positive wire leads together and twisting the negative wire leads together; then I add two uncoiled wicks).
