Not sure if this is the issue - you haven't posted back yet :p but when I started trying different builds and wicks I noticed my atty would leak more when I had a bunch of wicking (cotton at the time) on the deck. You don't really need all that cotton - it just sits there keeping eliq in your bowl creating a chance to leak.

Try an RM3 for the summer months. The heat is thinning down your juice and causing it to leak from the RM2. The RM3 has a nicely updated design that unless you squonk like crazy, you shouldn't have any leaks. I have the same issue as you because I work outside all day. The RM3 fixed it for me.

Mission accomplished. I think I've got it under control now after carefully checking each and every possible cause. After adjusting the o-ring in the bottle cap, I thought I had it. Not so. Apparently this particular Reo/RM2 setup just needs more than one o-ring. Ended up with 3.

The one you normally place around the connection in the catch cup. Another on the milled part of the RM2 so that it sits at the top of the catch cup and still another on the bottom thread of the RM2 itself.

Crazy but it's all good now. I'm REO for life since getting my 1st one in April! Love, love, love REOs.

I may get an RM3 just cause but I was having leaks in the air conditioned house and wasn't going outside with it at all.

I am a huge fan of the RM3. IMHO, it's an RM2 with dual coils - twice (okay, maybe not twice) the goodness, with the same ease and vape experience (as opposed to, say, the RM4, which I find to be airier, cooler, etc.).

Glad you got your leak sorted.

Mama O'Ring: "Eat, Eat.. you're too skinny. You'll never get a nice Reo to keep you in if you are as skinny as dental floss. Have some more pasta dear. I read in Sealers Monthly that little O'Rings need at least 3 to 4 servings of pasta a day to reach their full elasticity when they grow up.... Eat!"

Support healthy O'Ring sizes... don't fall into the skinny O'Ring trap just to be "cool".

The problem with multiple o rings is they can slip and overlap, this will actually leave a channel that juice can leak through. Get a fatter o ring from Rob from Rob or go to your local hardware store and get a fatter o ring
