I have a 801-901 & 510 connectors for my Don... They all allow juice into the battery compartment ! Is there a fix for this ?? I have looked thru the forum quickly and have not seen the issue discussed, I would appreciate help with this issue because the Don is on the shelf until a remedy is found...

Harley and Jason,

I was thinking about this issue cause mine does it a little bit too. So I got to messing with my 3D app and came up with the idea shown below. Let me know what you think.

Jason,

Thanks for passing it on.

Also, maybe instead of keying the bottom as shown, you could key the the connector with a ridge along the length that would keep it from spinning when you tighten down the atty.

Thanks for looking into it sanjosse, But Jason is correct, The juice is actually leaking thru the center pin...Not around the connector....

Thanks Again... Harley....

Harley, the new connectors do actually have an o ring in around the outside which is good. But leaking through the middle is off but on a positive note he did tell me that they tested it for a few weeks and not a drop came through there. So maybe once they come in around the end of march you might just want to try one of the newer style connectors ;) are you using a v1 or a v2?
