Don't know what RTA you are vaping, but it's common for juice to get into the air intake holes while filling, especially with a top fill. Just invert it with the air holes pointing down and blow out the juice by blowing through the drip tip. Hold a tissue over the air holes.

It could be an o-ring that isn't sealing. Change them and see if that fixes it. Still, you will get juice in the air holes sometimes, no matter how good the seals are.

Is it the Crown RBA head, or a stock coil? I haven't had any leaking with the stock coils, so if its those I would recommend checking all your o-rings to make sure everything is sealing properly. If its the RBA head, I would guess its your wicking, I haven't tried the RBA head, so I don't know much about it.
