I received some goodies today in the mail. My new eGo passthroughs and pcc and tank and atty's and I'm having a grand time trying everything out! I tried the tank first...not bad. I was surprised that the TH was harsh, but it got better. Then I though I better try my atty's to make sure they were all working and I tried dripping for the first time. O.M.G! Love dripping! Now I understand what everyone is raving about! I don't even have a proper drip tip yet...waiting for my Cherry Vape's pawn drip tips, so I'm just using the blank empty cart that comes attached to the atty. Hahahaha! I really didn't care for my Timmy's Ice Cap from Juicy Clear in a carto, but dripping! Wooooo, it's the way to go. I'm so shocked at the flavour difference! I'm also waiting on my J-tank, so I hope I like that equally as well. Sorry for rambling! I'm just so excited!

Vape On! :vapor:

Yea I'm a dripper, but trying to find something AS good and doesn't leak at all for when driving around.
Remember people don't drip and drive!

vg will not leak as bad but has a higher level of accuracy to know how much ,(takes little time if you find 100% vg a good vape). Some hardware leaks a lot more than others, and after almost 2 years it still amazes me that some models ,just leak.
ps- my guess is its the model that is an issue, imo.

I wan't huge on dripping until I got some good, syrupy VG to slop on that atomizer. Now I love it. I never drip when I am out and about, though. It's just too much hassle for me. I use cartos most of the time. However, nothing beats a good drip fest when I'm relaxing at home. Glad you are having so much fun!

I don't drive, so I'll be dripping when my husband's doing the driving. Lucky me! Hahahaha! Have you tried any of the tank mods? I think they would be great for driving. I got some overflow prevention caps for my eGo-T...There are two different kinds. The pink ones I got are just like what comes on the tank, so I don't know how that is going to prevent leaks...but the white ones I got are soft silica gel and are working really well. I don't even know if you have an eGo-T or even like it, but if you need something whilst driving, maybe it's worth a shot with these soft caps.

The tank definetely changes the flavor. If you like dripping, you'll prefer a regular atty and cartridge over the tank. Some say the filler in the cartridges change the taste too, I don't notice a difference

I found a difference in flavour, but it didn't bother as much as the harshness of the TH...I'm trying to figure that out. Any ideas? I blew out the atty...maybe it's the primer and I should give it a rinse under hot water? Other ideas? I'll continue to use the tank so long as I can get rid of the harshness.

Is it an LR atomizer? Or SR?

The tank atomizers only give me a nasty throat hit when it's wicking improperly. A dry hit, so to speak. I wouldn't rinse it under water. In my experience after cleaning the tank atties take forever to get back to a usable state.

Give it a few sharp pulls without firing the button. This seems to suck in some juice and get the coils wet. When not enough juice is getting to the coil, it's harsh as hell, imo.

The tank system is finnicky at best. I really like them for some flavors, but when I clean them, or when the draw it super tight, or when the wicking sucks and I get those nasty hits I wonder why I even bother with them.

Oh and what type of atomizer are you dripping on? Just a regular Ego (non-tank) type? Cause what I meant earlier is that with a cartridge (regular, non tank type...) I find the flavor and vapor to no different than dripping.

Tank is a totally different breed from flavor to vapor to cleaning to draw to lifespan..........

It's an SR and I did what you said to do and it worked! Thank you! Still not as good as dripping, though...lol

I'm using a regular 510 atty for dripping. I just don't have proper drip tips yet, so I'm using the empty cartridge that comes with the atty, instead. It doesn't have any filler in it.

I'm not to impressed with the tank so far...even now that some of the harshness is gone, it's meh. Glad I only got one tank atty. I'm really banking on the J-Tank mod I ordered, anyway...anyone try a tank mod? Anyone?

once in a while spin the tank in the atty. they get air bubbles and won't wick. I was a die hard ego t guy for a long while. I still use one. also look at the tank shape. it has grooves in the side for air holes. look inside the atty and you will see there are spaces along the sides of the wicking bridge. the grooves on the tank should line up with those spaces for best flow
