once in a while spin the tank in the atty. they get air bubbles and won't wick. I was a die hard ego t guy for a long while. I still use one. also look at the tank shape. it has grooves in the side for air holes. look inside the atty and you will see there are spaces along the sides of the wicking bridge. the grooves on the tank should line up with those spaces for best flow
Oh, I was wondering about that! lol Thanks. I knew I had to line something up, but was looking for grooves or something to align...but since it just snapped in, I didn't think anything of it after that. Now I know!
