Hey all! I'm new to this forum. I quit smoking by using blue cigs but am looking into getting a good, but simple vaporizer to further my e-cig experience. Any suggestions or companies that anybody can recommend?

Popular cost effective startup kit would be an istick and either a nautilus, atlantis, subtank or subtank mini.

With the subtank or subtank mini, you have to option to wrap your own coils or buy replacement coils.

Hey all! I'm new to this forum. I quit smoking by using blue cigs but am looking into getting a good, but simple vaporizer to further my e-cig experience. Any suggestions or companies that anybody can recommend?

If I had to get a new device, my first go to suggestion would be the istick 20/30 with a Kanger Subtank running the 1.2 ohm coils. I started off with Metro Ecigs, which were "cigalikes" like yours. Even though they worked fine, they did leave me wanting more. I got an EGO style battery, which is one of the Cigar sized batteries, and that did ok too, and did get me off of the cigarettes. Even though they didn't leave me wanting more at first, when my taste buds started to come back, I eventually did want more. I then got a VAMO, and that satisfied me for a good long while. As a matter of fact, I could still be using it a year later.

The Istick 20 or 30 is a device that can grow with you. It's small enough to be truely portable. It has a very good sized battery, and is well made. You can customize the power coming out of the battery, and adjust the power to suit your atomizer. For it's price, it offers the right set of features for a very good price. You won't be needing anything else for quite a while.

I paired it with the Subtank Nano because of size. I have an Istick 20, and any atomizer that is 22mm will stick out slightly on the edge. All the subtanks use the same coils, so the vape experience should be the same. Subtanks were mainly designed for Sub Ohming, which means it was designed for coils to operate Under one ohm resistance. The Istick 20/30 is 1 ohm or more. However, the subtank series DO come with 1.2 ohm coils, and sell 1.2 ohm coils which should work fine on an Istick. That is the atomizer I am saving up for as we speak.

That being said, there are plenty of other ecigs on the market that are really good. Suitable alternatives for the Istick are the MVP 20w, Sigeli 30W, IPV Mini, and several others. They're good devices, but you'll find more support for the Istick because of it's popularity.

As far as atomizers, the Atlantis, Protank 3, and Aerotank. Those are all good, but the Subtank, In my opinion, offers replaceable coils, adjustable airflow, and a glass tank....which are three of my main criterias for buying a tank.

Anyways, those are my suggestions. Good luck, and if you have ANY quesitons, feel free to post.
