Bar Owners should take advantage of this by selling ecigs and juice in their establishments for the "complainers" wanting to smoke analogs inside. Owners may not get repeat business but this would be a fantastic way to introduce vaping to smokers. Bar could have small display setup of ecigs & juice for sale. Post sign: VAPERS LEGAL & WELCOME

I think we need to send these investigators to King County in Washington State so they can train their investigators on how to tell the difference.
