I have both.....

Air flow-wise, the Mini seems to have a bit more, but not by much.

Flavor-wise, the Lemo is the easy winner. There aren't many rta's on the market that will beat a Lemo in that department. In comparison, the Mini flavor is muted, but it's still pretty good.

The build deck is much larger on the Lemo, which also means it has more room for wicking. Liquid channels are much larger on the Lemo which makes wicking it easier. You have to be more particular with the Mini or you'll get dry hits. I do like the system the Mini has for securing the coil leads and I hope other companies adopt it. It also has the advantage of being able to build and re-wick without draining the tank. The Lemo 2 has to be drained. Not a big deal with a plastic tip syringe.

Filling either of them is easy, but the Lemo 2's side fill port is pretty slick and works well, with little fuss.

IMO, you can't go wrong with either choice, but my money goes to the Lemo 2. :)

I have the ST mini, bought it a couple of days ago, and the Kbox. The Kbox is great the mini not. The RBA wouldn't fire, tried a different one, same thing, I never was a fan of changing heads, when you get to the last bit of juice, your having to tilt the tank to get the juice to soak into the holes.
I'm taking my ST back today, and see if I can get a lemo

The Kbox only fires 0.4ohm atomizers and higher, were you trying super low builds?

My girlfriend and I each have a Subtank Mini, an IStick, and a Kbox. No problems ever firing the Mini on either (well not true but the center pin in the one Kbox was wonky and Kanger fixed it for me). We love our minis but I have not tried the Lemo to make a comparison -- but wouldn't the flavor factor really be up to YOU and how you build no matter which RTA you're using (especially with similar airflow)? Sure each deck will have their own little tricks and limitations but really how you build and how you wick is going to make worlds of difference. I found the OCC coils of the Mini to not have the best flavor (when I get to it I'm going to rip out and rebuild the unused 5 pack I have to carry as spares) but I can get my mini RBA tasting absolutely perfect.

Hi all!

Would like your opinions on the differences between both Lemo 2 and Subtank Mini RBA in terms of:

1) flavor (which is better) - very close, maybe Lemo 2 by a hair?

2) air flow - very close as well, I don't use them wide open at all but like that I can fine tune the lemo 2 a bit more for air flow.

3) size of coil deck - Lemo deck might be bigger but I prefer the way the coils is mounted on the Kanger mini deck. It is actually my favorite build deck of all my RDAs and RTAs. Another point, I can easily access me deck in the Kanger tanks without draining the juice, had to do that with the Lemo or Lemo 2.

4) easier to wick - juice well seems to be a bit bigger on my Lemo 2, but I never have any dry hits with my mini's either. Again, this is about a tie IMO.

Thanks!

I have 2 minis and only one Lemo 2, I do have the Lemo 1 and the drop as well. I just ordered a Kanger Subtank Plus, just because it has the build deck I like so much. Could have gotten the Lemo 2 for .50 less, but prefer the Kanger deck. My Ideal tank might be the Kanger build deck / Lemo 2 top fill and Lemo 2 Air flow control.

I own 3 ST Minis all-together and I'm debating whether to get a cheap Kayfun/Orchid/etc clone to have as a beater tank or to just get another Mini or Plus so the girlfriend and I both have two STs (one for taking out and getting beat up the other for always staying home and taking special care of). The nice thing is I already have 3 replacement glass tubes and a bunch of O-Rings. My only gripe is the fact of how thin the metal is on the mini RBA and the "cage" of the tank -- otherwise it would be the perfect tank, at least for me, and could surely last a very long time.

Heck by the end of May we'll probably have two Subtanks each and some cheap clones for backups/beaters.
