Lemon Meringue Pie

This one needs about 3 weeks of steep time, but to me it's definitely worth it.

1.5% FA Cookie
1% FA Cream Fresh
2% FA Custard
4% FA Lemon Sicily
.75% FA Lime Tahity (Cold Pressed)
1% FA Meringue
2% TFA Pie Crust
3% CAP Vanilla Custard
.75% FA Vienna Cream

The long steep is not only for the custards, but also for all that FA Lemon Sicily to fall in line. It can be sharp at first, but after 20 days or so, it settles down & the FA Cookie & TFA Pie Crust become more noticeable.

I hope you like it, just give it two weeks for those custards & all that Lemon Sicily to calm down. We really like it.

I've been meaning to try it subbing 3.5% FE Lemon for the LS, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I DO like the FE Lemon in a Lemon Custard Donut recipe I made a month ago, though. Less fade.
