length of tube?

So I'm looking for a length of tube. More specifically, the tube that belongs to the smoktech dcc tanks. I'm not looking for a replacement tube, but rather a longer length. Either I measure very poorly (no calipers), or it isn't as common a size as the standard "MAP" style tanks. it's not 3/4 OD 5/8 ID. Any thoughts? maybe 17mm id?

Try graingers for polycarbonate tubing but I don't think they have any metric sizes..
