i bought a buzz pro because everyone said they were sturdy, reliable, and heavy duty.
i get it and didn't bother opening the box yet, i didn't have any compatible cartomizers..
so i just opened it and look at what happened during shipping.

notice the lack of a button?
i'm starting to regret a lot about this purchase.

but, we'll see how the customer service is.

Oh, I'm so sorry for you. But, I've heard the cs is great. I've never had to use it, as my 2 original buzzes, original Infinity, and Buzz Pro have been going strong for a long time now. Sorry, I know that doesn't help you.

It might help for you to post this in the notcigs forum. I'm sure they'll get you going in no time. Good luck!

Like in any niche market...vaping is a small community. In all my life's big interests I have been fortunate enough to stick to being on a first name basis with my suppliers and my customers. And I usually avoid doing business with anyone who won't give me an address and phone number in case of problems...

I'm glad to see that most of the suppliers and customers have good relations and it's great to see a vendor respond to a service issue in such open manner as a public forum !
