Let the wait begin....

So my girlfriend has heard me talk about getting a provari since a few days after we stopped analogs and began vapeing. I have put it in my cart on pro vape more times than I can remember. So today she tells me to order it. I told her no again, I've talked my self out of ordering countless times. She said it was my Christmas present. I told her I didn't want to spent the money right before Christmas yada, yada, yada. Again she told me to just order the damn thing. So I break out my lap top after I got to work and put my selections back in my cart. Couldn't click the button and walked away. It's been burning in the back of my mind all day. I opened my laptop up about 30 minuets ago and went to provape and looked again. So then I go to my banks website, and there was a $300 cash deposit made today. I was confused for a second, then it dawned on my my girlfriend only has a savings account. I called her she said there is you Christmas present, and when it comes in I will wrap it and put it under the tree and you can have it on Christmas. The gift is AWESOME... knowing that it will show up before I can get the mail and she will wrap before I can even get my hands on it is going to drive me CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now I ask for help, what excuse/excuses can I give her to let me have it when it shows up?

Lol typically what I've heard most often is that the receiver's regular device suddenly develops a major problem or gets lost inexplicably.

Tell her that you have to make sure it works just in case something could possibly be wrong with it and will need to be sent back.

LOL! Begging, groveling, flowers, wine, candles and some bling MIGHT get it for you before Christmas. No whining! It sounds like you have a keeper there, that's an awesome gift.

Since you quit vaping together, why don't you tell her you'd like to give her one? Get some special juice, open it together and let her try it to see if she'd like it. Then, since it's yours and it's now open and used, you're all set and she can wait until hers is delivered. Congrats to both of you for quitting the analogs!

I'd let her surprise you. Just make sure the box she wraps has weight to it, and she's not actually hiding your Provari somewhere and vaping it after you leave for work. Just sayin...

And I already know what it is. But I ain't seen it yet so it will still be a surprise.

Thanks all for the advice! I like them all except for yours jetcity! However that is probably how it will go down, I can wait. I'm not gonna die with out it, but I have heard the life could be much more livable with it!

I agree with everyone, what a keeper you got! But I'm sure it goes both ways.

But this really is an investment... you'll have the Provari for a lot longer than other units, and probably save money because of it.

Sorry, it was easy for me to give you that advice as I hold a provari in each hand! You will love it whenever you get it though... I can guarantee that!

I had already bought her a few gifts, bit no where close to as nice as what she is getting me. So she told me last night she wants to be pampered. I'm thinking, gift certificates for massage, mani pedi, and a trip to her hair stylist, should take care of the pampering!

If you spoil her with a day at the spa, she just might get used to it. I'd also throw in a bottle of massage oil & some candles for home
