NotCigs is a great company and a pleasure to do biz with in great part because of people like Terri. I had difficulty placing an order today and she went out of her way to help me out which included dialing my phone number 3 times.
She did all this without even giving the slightest hint that I was being the pain in the kiester that I know I was.
