I know I love these new angled adapter things...the one on the left is kinda a joke but the one on the right is my main pv I use everday...I love it, like sippin on a straw lol

Like darkhood said, it doesn't impede the vape flow, but certain tips with longer stems won't plug in all the way, and it is a little more loose than a drip tip alone. Also, sometimes after vaping for a while, condensation can build up in the joint, and your drip tip will get a little looser until you wipe it out.
Good luck...lol...ordered a custom trip from Trippy Tips and paid for it November 1 2012, despite several "you should have it in a couple weeks" messages it is still pending creation...

I am thinking that the angle adapter would be great for box mods while laying down or sitting back in a lounger!!!!!!!! Just might have to pick one of those up

They are backed up, but it will be worth the wait. I just ordered mine and flagged the email as a reminder that it was still out there. And, BOOM, got the notice that it was close to being finished and shipped! We have to remember that there are others before us and that sometimes they aren't happy with what they created and then start over. Believe me, TrippyTips wants, no strike that, needs for you to love the tip and design that they could not have created without your creative input. I have been ordering tips from Bert since he started here and he always comes through, always. Patience grasshopper, patience. I just went and looked and I had ordered back in October.
I owned a gunshop and built custom guns. When someone ordered and paid for a job to be done I did not work on guns to put on the shelves till after I completed the already paid for job. Just seems if they have time to keeps making tips for sale then they should have time to make a tip that was already paid for. Guess it is a matter of priorities. And yes, I have communicated with Bert and both times I was told it would just be a couple weeks...last time was over a month ago.
Perhaps it will be so outstanding it will be worth the wait...maybe...

I was aware of what the wait time would be when I ordered, so sorry that you have had a not so good experience with the custom tip ordering process. I do read his thread (no one can read and keep up with every thread on ECF-LOL) and try to keep up to date on what new tips/colors/shapes and designs as I like his work.
I can't speak for Bert, but as for what I can attest to is his work and how much he enjoys contributing his love of glass art to our community. By taking the chance he has now employed 2 or 3 more glass artists and supplies (not sure) somewhere around 5-6 shops with tips. To me I see the customs as a way to get in line (not shut out) and do my best to clearly express what I am looking for in my tip and then enjoying a drip tip that I helped create.
I do hope that you will be pleased with your tip when it arrives
