So I've been building for almost two years, I am pretty Damn good at it at this point. I spend a lot of time playing with different builds. I can get some pretty massive clouds but I still see people in ig that blow my mind. I have my inhale and exhale techniques down pretty well, the best vapor production i experience is usually from either quad 26 and 28g micros or 24g parallels. Usually around .2 to .25, if I go lower it only seems to get hotter. So how do these guys do it? I'm pretty sure there only a very few people who could even answer this question because I've only seen a very few ppl blow clouds that make me say ... and they are not exactly jumping at the chance to share their secrets. If anyone out there can help me find out these secrets id be extremely grateful. I live in a small town and even the people at the few shops in the area ask me for help so the Internet is all I have for info.

apart from higher vg, bigger airholes and widebore DT i always find having a gap under the coil gives me better clouds than blocking it off.
i normally shoot for .2ohms myself but ive just made a couple of coils, one strand 28g & one strand 32g twisted together, 3/32 id at .35ohms and i can get longer pulls for bigger clouds.

i know it might sound funny to some using 32g to get big clouds but i can get some pretty dense clouds with 3 strands of 32g braided or coils made with just 28g, which is what the 3x32g add up to as a whole. and nomally .5ohms with the braided with a gap underneath

i have an atty with 2x1/8 airholes that gives good vapour at .2ohms but even that gets a bit hot on the lips after a few toots

Oh slippy and your braided wire (it is great tho)
To the op can we see your build. Im always looking for new methods
Currently Im running this

but i didn't get the coils even and don't have enough airflow its dual triple parallel
I get more vapor and flavor from this one

quad parallel but it needs more air or ir gets HOT after two hits

Heyup J your right about that build getting hot after a couple of pulls, i had the same but maybe a differant atty would work better, i might try it on the atomic becouse it has big air and both airholes would be close to the coil, might try tomor, although i know the atty will get a little warm i'm sure it would make the toot cool, maybe.

i was wondering when someone was gonna get fed up with hearing about the braided stuff:p i just think so many people havent tried it and are missing out, its perfect in smaller attys like the rm2.

have you made a 6strand-parallel sleeper yet J?

Well I do use a wide bore and I'm using the 454 so it has 4 huge air holes, I even take the dt off sometimes and vape right through the top, I also leave a gap under my coil most of the time. I'm about to rewick my quad 28g @ .25 so when I'm done in a min ill post a pic. I really don't notice too much of a difference between 28 and 26g quads. The 28 heats up much faster and might produce a little better vapor, but the 26 has much better flavor. Like I said I get some huge clouds but there are a few ppl on ig that just blow my mind, I really don't understand what they are doing right. I think its that they are @ .08 or .09 and they drill like 6 to 8 staggered air holes.

not my cleanest build, it was a lot cleaner before rewicking. It produces really well though, not as much as some of my others but a lot.

Those are some nice neat coils.
I try not to go below .25ohm and its under .2 i toss it just because i don't feel like drilling more holes, and i like 2 vtc5s last me all day most days unless im stressed or building a lot lol.

Yeah the braid has some sick a$§ flavor need to get some smaller kanthal tho.
And the 6 strand SINGLE (dual  ) parallel is also a no go till i get something smaller than 28g :( quad 28g was the most i can fit in any of my attys.. Without going lower then my optimum ohms which is .25-.35
Which reminds me im almost out of 28g only thing left is 24g gonna have to restock up on some 26,28,30, and maybe maybe 32g
