I know that my hesitation with ordering from FSUSA was the lack of a telephone number. When you are new to vaping, it really makes a world of difference when you can pick up the phone and ask those noob questions we noobs ask. After ordering from FSUSA, I have found their email correspondence to be top-notch. They are quick to respond and have been very professional and understanding. Although I would still love to be able to pick up the phone, they have shown a dedication to their customers with great email support.

Even though my first order with them was only a week ago, I am about to place my third. :)

It's funny that you mention that telephone number. I gave my niece (works in a docs office) a bunch of their business cards to give to the elderly patients with no net access that would like to try ecigs. That phone number does make a big difference. Plus I have to wonder about the companies that do not provide a phone number.

I believe there is a 1-800 number on the front page of the website. On their business cards there is two numbers and I believe they are Pam and Dave's cell phone numbers. I have called Dave a couple times. I chatted with Pam briefly either Friday or Saturday on Facebook.

You are correct. I went to the Contact Us page looking for it. I just never read the front page. I have to admit that the site isn't as good as it should be but, then again, I doubt they have time to work on it with all the orders.

That's funny Denrock. You are like my second set of eyes. HA!

I think I am going to head over to Facebook and add them as a "like" or business or whatever Facebook calls things these days.

Ha! You would not believe the messages that I get from folks that have seen that I am a Supplier Associate for FSUSA and want to know if I have a store here in SC. I receive these messages from people in NC and SC!

BTW- If you were wondering I do not have a store.

Maybe you should talk to David about franchising. :D

Hey, that reminds me of a question I had...what exactly is a "supplier associate"? At first, I assumed that it meant someone who worked for a supplier, but now I'm not sure that is the case. Care to 'splain, pretty please? :)

In some instances, they may work for the supplier. Here, we mainly help out moderating the forum and being pains in the .... to David when we get the chance. LOL
