Hey guys, I finally tried the KFL+ in nano mode, and think it's pretty good. I do prefer the kayfun Mini because of its "silky" smooth draw and no whistling, but don't regret buying this one. I have to try the KFL in regular mode with the slightly longer chimney to see if it hits differently.

For now, the KFM is my favorite and would love to hear suggestions on other RBA's with a similar design. You know, something to buy along with my next KFM. I seem to favor a narrower chimney.

I second Retic's advice, just get another KFMini. ;)

I did say I'm getting another KFM. I agree it's in a class of its own. I just wish something similar was available that wasn't so darn long.

They are pretty long, but if you use it in dripper mode that cuts the length in half! However, you'd then be tethered to the bottle.

Maybe Retic meant for you to buy two KFMs. ;)

It's Voltron's best bet , unless he wants to shell out for a Spheroid and go through another learning curve . :)

I've got plenty of hardware to vape my HHV's with..but now I'm getting a Sig 100 VW PV and I'm sure I'll be here a lot considering I know almost nothing about that device. Thanks ahead of time for any advice on that PV..lol

I don't have one, but I can see where it could be fun.

Crank it 'til you like it!

That Hana on the end I got from China turned out to be a POS..So a friend on here sold me her Sig 100 because it was too big for her. lol
I got a really good deal on it too. She's throwing the paired cells in with it.

I've gone as high as 75ish W on my mechs from time to time (0.23Ω) and enjoyed it. But I think its enough to tell me that I don't need a really high powered mod. The only regulateds I have are a ProVari and a VS DNA30. I typically use them with my RTAs.

On the other hand, if I had a high powered mod, I would probably experiment with >2Ω coils for more surface area. Just out of curiosity. But the only mod(s) tugging at my wallet right now are the DNA40 mods. And I am waiting 'til I am confident that Evolv has all the bugs worked out and that the VS, Flask, or whoever doesn't have any of the flawed chips. Either that or I'll finally get around to building my own.

Yes I'm ordering some nichrome in 24ga and 26 ga. to build macros with. I've never even used 24ga before but now I have a reason to start. Most are building pretty low for those but I'm going to stay around .6 to .8 ohms to start with. That will be some pretty large coils using 24ga. lol

Yep. I've built with both of those wires. But with my gear, 24ga takes too long to heat up. 26 can work with my gear in some cases. I think I still have a parallel coil in one of these drippers around here that responds OK. The slowest coil I have is a .3Ω Zipper coil. It takes 2-3 seconds to start producing vapor and just about as long to stop sizzling. Tastes great, though!

I have ordered the VaporFlask DNA 40. I am fully aware that there have been some issues with the chip and I'm hoping mine won't be one of them. I'm super excited!

    Go Sunny! Go Sunny!!

Looking forward to feedback.. and yeah, fingers crossed for you! :)

I picked one of those up in NC last night. I love the feel of it. When I use kanthal, it doesn't do its thing by temp, it's by watts. I have so much to read. But it does feel good in the hand. It'll be a hoot to play with April. Have fun!
