No problemo! I have no idea how he does it either, but it works REALLY well, and is my fav atty right now.

Def has no issue keeping wick up. This is how my wick looks like. Drains perfectly, and doesn't hold excess juice.

In fact I just bought another one :p

If they geometrically shrink this down to 18 or 19 mm, it might be my end game tbh

Last he mentioned he has 3 on hand. Papaw and I got one each. He has 20 more than he will be working on this weekend.

I don't have a bottom feeder Kiwi. When you mentioned you had a bottom fed Veritas I immediately thought of PopPop. Dusty might be interested too. Or anyone here who has a bottom feeder. I like regulated vapes so the REO's doesn't fit my profile. Seems to be a big void for regulated bottom feeders. As David pointed out earlier, there isn't a reasonably priced option at this time. Can't believe it hasn't been addressed.

He has several that he's modified that he is trying to move so that he can get started onto newer projects. Normally $50, he's knocking 25% off to get some stuff outta there. You would have to check to see what all he has left.

And, as always, my 'links' can be an adventure  Last night he had the Clt2's and Veritas for $37.50 and the Doges, Dark Horse, Mephisto and Magma for $34. Keep in mind, this is a Reonaut who is simply remodeling popular rda's into RBA's for use on Reos Mods.
But Chowderhead explains all that on his thread's OP.....

That answers my question. :)

UGHHHH I KNOWWW. The things I would do for a reasonably priced and accessible regulated bottom feeder. I personally am not a fan of using mechs, but it was the only way I could enjoy a bottom feeder. I've been whining about it for a long time. Grumbles.

Unfortunately, I do think the BF market is pretty niche and not quite as big. :(

Which is why My VV Grand went back to the Spa. The Hana looks nice, but I wonder about it's durability. The Billet Box also looks nice, but not sure of its design....

I don't see a K4 in my future but just because I have more attys than I can keep up and use already...but I think Bronze and Dusty are wise to let others check them out first for the price.

Basically IA, what you get with the K4 is a juice shutoff. That allows you to pull your deck from the K4 without having to drain the tank. It also allows for topside filling. That's essentially the improvement. Since I only mess with my builds between tanks and don't think filling from the bottom is a big deal I didn't see where it was worth replacing my KFLs for $180 a piece. To me, the K4 is one of the most over-hyped intros I've seen for what you get above the KFLs. I'd still recommend it to anyone who wants to add to their atty arsenal, but I wouldn't get them simply to replace my KFLs. Robin is interested because the juice shutoff is good for flying. I suppose that could be reason enough for some.

Bronze I agree if I didn't already own two of the original I'd be all over it. I'm glad to see they made those upgrades for others starting out...and do have to assume the juice shutoff would be great for travel. I have so been going backwards...90% of the time I'm using my Istick or Hana Mini with a Nautilus or similar tank and prebuilt coil. I've been pretty crazy busy lately so that has a lot to do with it, it's easy and vapes great. As long as I'm happy with my vape...guess it really doesn't matter.

Clearomizers are like fast food restaurants. You don't go to them because the food is the best. :)

Hell , between the kayfun buttplug and a FT topcap you can refill any KF from the top or rebuild without draining for a lot less money . :)

That depends on which clearo you are talking about...

The CE4 ( aka Stardusts ) were good in their day... but Vision upped the ante a bit with the Vivi Nova... those got upped by the Evod and Protanks which got upped by the Naut's... I can build a better tasting Mini Protank coil than the factory ones that while they don't quite reach Kayfun flavor status... do pretty good. Now we've got the Aspire Atlantis and soon to be Kanger Sub Tank... these latter two are rivaling the Kayfun for flavor and the Atlantis certainly make more vapor.

I'll also admit that my new Infiniti KFL+ v2 has my Mini Protanks sitting on the shelves... but being able to quickly change out a coil head while the tank is still full... has a lot of merit and you can't do that with a Kayfun ( until v4 came out ).

The point of all of this... yeah buttin'... is that it will depend on the vaper's needs as to which will fit them best for a situation. I'll likely not be able to afford the Kayfun v4... but if an affordable clone happens before the next big thing, I'll likely pick one up. I'll also carry a Mini Protank along with some spare heads... because they do have a purpose and aren't as bad as some would imply.
