Nobody told me before, so it was news to me. Thank God for the manual. BTW, I think YOU should have told me! :D I feel physically intimidated by you, dude. So I'm probably beat before I even step inside the ring. ;) Which are your favorite juices for cloud chasing?
You already have a better dripper than any kayfun could hope to be, fire up that Magma son ! :)

 on the intimidation factor.. I just look scary 'cause I'm ugly! :p

I don't cloud chase often. It's quite a recent development for me. 100%VG, 4 month old Legend, Pirates Booty and a juice called Oh my Custard from a local vendor have been my staples so far. 3mg Nic.

Well, when your daughters are of age and start dating, that intimidation factor is gonna help if any BF even thinks about getting fresh or breaking their hearts. One look at you and they'll definitely treat them right. :)

He's got a Magma, and he wants to drip on a Kayfun?!

I kind of don't like the Magma that much, and although it gives the most intense flavor, I think the TH is too much for me. I enjoy vaping from the the KFM much more. I'm pleasantly surprised that it's an "all in one" unit, plus the dripper mode makes it shorter, which is something I've been looking for. Not really into dripping ATM, but it's nice to know the KFM has a mode which gives me that option.

I have one daughter, and yes, any "boy" that wants to date her is going to have my FULL ATTENTION! and, he'll know it! :glare:

I'm not big into dripping either, I just somehow ended up with over a dozen drippers, including 3 Magmas.

I keep thinking that the next dripper will convince me to take up dripping!!

This is Chloe, btw.. 6 years old and full of Sass!

Beautiful name and kid. I guess she got most of her genes from her mom. ;)

Looks from mommy for sure (thank goodness!). Other than that, she's all me!!

She actually does look a lot like you. That doesn't necessarily make YOU good looking, though. :)

I have a question for you and other Magma users: Can I build a single coil on it wrapped around the top screws like a KFL, or do I have to go under through the bottom holes exclusively?

You'd have to change the screws to do that , but why would you want to ? The through post design is easy to work with , some RBA's are making use of that feature now .

Ok... I do use the through post for my own connection... but they are flawed to an extent. With stiffer wire such as kanthal it isn't as big of a deal but with softer wire like the NI200 used for temp controlled DNA 40 boards, it does present one. When you are tightening them up, they don't have something to back the wire with... so the connection is less solid which can make the resistance fluctuate.

Just trying to make the single coil centered instead than on one side. Was thinking it might improve the experience.

Wow, these cloners jump on things huh?
Looks like the spring is creating issues with the TP. Glad I took the wait and see approach.

The spring in the K4? Starting to see some complaints on the K4 thread too from the DNA people. Keeps vacillating between Kanthal and nickel mode.
