Depends David. I'll rip off a few feet and whittle my way down to one side of a wick then do the same to the other side. I suppose if you're frugal, 10' should last months though.

Stopped at a beauty supply outlet and they had it so I picked up some. Bag with 10ft for $2. If it's close to cotton balls it'll last. If not I'll get more.

And to think that for mere pennies more, you could have gotten an extra 490' to mail to all your e-friends lol

You should , I don't think they have it right or the angles really bad but I'm only seeing two juice channels , it doesn't make sense .

ok I looked... not impressed due to the fact the juice channel is in the totally wrong place and only 2 of them to boot and the coil layout would be difficult to set up with wick alignment

you are right.... just doesnt make sense

been working the Magma for about 2 hours and it isnt going dry yet... I want to try another flavor but too lazy to change the wick... are you sure there isnt a hidden tank under there somewhere???

I've been sucking on it till the flavor gets weak, then just adding a different flavor. Seems to work ok. That should have read, I did that before I had a whole family of them. What is wrong with me?

Ok so I put some CC in the double cross. I cut a 2in piece of it which worked right for pulling a wick. I like the way it pulls apart. It's more consistent than cotton balls. I may have a bit to much but it didn't bunch up like the other it just went through. I think I'm getting a little more vapor than before. I do know the vape is smoother without the harshness. The flavor taste more blended if that makes sense. And the coils aren't popping and cracking as much. I guess that could be due to it wicking better so the coils aren't getting dry spots. It's not bad. But until I use it in the KFL and get a feel for how much to use the jury will remain out on this.

Nice job on the build LA , what's it ohming at ?

Thank you, Sensei. :)

It's 30 ga, 2 mm ID built using BK's coil winder. I did 13/14 wraps. At first it was reading 1.8 - 1.9. Tonight the Provari started reading it at 2.0. Then the mod felt warm and so did the Magma - not from vaping frequently. I'm guessing it might have a short, or it's too much for the mod. Thinking I'll rebuild to single coil and be happy there.

Two hours without refilling??? I'm so worried about tasting burnt cotton that I'm topping it off every half an hour!

I also finally know what the fuss is about Temptation. In the clearo I had before getting KFs it tasted sour. I held onto about 1.5 mls of the sample bottle and tried it out in the Magma. Next order might just have to include a big bottle of Temptation.

It's normal for the resistance to creep up a bit , but you shouldn't be having any problems running dual coils with the Provari , check your post screws they can loosen a bit from the expansion and contraction .

I dunno , that Tesla coil might be warping time at BK's , I drip when the flavor drops off and it's more like 15 minutes , try taking the top off when you drip you can literally watch the wicking action as the juice gets soaked up .

That's good news. I was so pleased with the build and didn't feel like redoing it. I also just read that resistance can creep up from gunk. Still concerned about that battery though. I'm gonna try another one and see if it still happens.

So, how long do you go between refills in your Magma?
