Thank you for the tip on the CC. Now what do I do with this bag of cotton balls? Oh well they can stay where they are. Yesterday when I went to the B/M I asked if they had tried the CC. They had not. So I picked up another 10ft bag of it today and gave it to them. Most of them are using drippers on dual 18650 box mods. They liked it. Wouldn't be surprised if they get a box of it and start selling it.

They're already selling it in the BM's here for a dollar a foot , spend $10 and clear $490 , friggin thieves .

Picked up 500 ft at Sally's today. Spent the day cleaning all my KFCs and Magma and rewicked all with CC. It's fantastic! Legend in the Magma is a whole new level of vapegasm. Took a few tries to get the right amount. The dual wicks in the Magma took nearly 1 ml and the wells were still dry. Fun to watch. Then filled the wells - loving it!

Now I'm considering a mech again. Nah. Scary. But maybe.

I haven't changed anything on it and have run Dragons Fire in it exclusively. Over 30ml of it to be more precise. I am slightly impressed with the condition of this wick.



Is this to normal? I'm still pretty new to this and just don't know what to expect. I don't remember cotton yielding these kinds of results.

with the HHV juices my rayon stays very clean, unless I get it too dry then I get a singed ring near the coil. My VG DIYs are dark and heavy and will gunk up cotton in 1/2 ml, the rayon will last at least 2-3ml before getting gunked.

Can't say because the rayon is new to me too , but I've run about 6 or 7mls of Temptation through the Magma with the rayon and it and my coils are spotless , cotton would be completely shot by now .

Go for the mech LA , with good batteries and common sense there's nothing to be afraid of , and yup Legend in the Magma is awesome , so many layers of flavor , dam I like this atty !

That's been my experience. I changed the wicks after a week just because, but they were only slightly discolored where they touch the coils. And there really wasn't much gunk on the coils considering how much juice I went through. I'm thinking this rayon helps prevent coil gunking. But I haven't used anything but HHV juices on the Magma, so that's not a good test for the real gunkers.

I just started using some N-E-T.com and AVE gunkers on my Zenith/Rayon setup, so I should get a better feel for CCr's anti-gunking features.

OK, but it won't be very scientific I don't have any two identical atties to do a decent side-by-side comparison with cotton. Guess I'll need to order another Magma*.

I recoiled it today just to get some base line images. The 24g coil I had was still fine, but was beginning to show its age. I went with 26g at 1.2Ω this time.

So here's the new coil on day one, never vaped, with CCr and freshly filled with NET.com's Black Cavendish from 4/1/14:



Black Cavendish is not one of my every day vapes, so I'll likely mix it up with other juices before the end of this test.

* But that Odin is tugging pretty hard at my wallet these days - especially since there's likely to be a BF positive pin available soon.

Don't they use this rayon stuff in between perm rollers? I have no idea...I cut my own hair. Always...where are you? You'd know what this stuff is used for.
