I think I have fixed my leaking Magma. When I broke it down I didn't find anything that was out of the ordinary, save maybe the rough machining on the inside of the drip well, especially under the plastic insulating cup that the positive post sets in. Anyway, I took a bit of Teflon tape and wrapped it round the shaft of the positive pin, making sure I left the threads and the head clear. Then I reassembled it filled it with water up to the brim of the well and let it set for an hour on some tissue. No dripping or tearing.
Wrapped two coils with 30 ga at 2mm & 8 wraps and now I'm down from 1.4 to 1.0 ohm. It's late now and Mama Chak is calling, so I will put new wicks in and try it out with the Odyssey tomorrow.

Hey guys, do I really need a multimeter if I own an MVP2? I thought maybe I could measure the microcoils' ohm's with it, making a multimeter redundant. Am I correct?
Also, I found a tool at home for wrapping the wire around, but I don't know if it's 2mm like Bronze suggests (it doesn't say it anywhere). Here's a picture next to a mini eGo for reference. Would appreciate if someone could take an educated guess (please tell me it looks like 2mm!

Volt,measuring your rsistance on the MVP is fine. You don't need a multimeter for that.
As for your diameter, I cannot tell from the picture. Did that screwdriver come from a set? Lots of times when all the screwdrivers are in their case, they will write the diameter of the screwdriver in the case for each one. You just have to make sure the correct screwdriver is in the correct spot. For example, you might have four flat tip screwdrivers and four spots in the case they go...smallest to largest.
Volt, I have one of those little ego batteries. When I lay it next to a 3mm screwdriver it looks about the same as your picture. So I'd guess you have a 3mm shaft there. Do you have a thinner one? A round toothpick? A 5/64ths drill bit?
I'm not really sure. The tool box I have here is really a mess, missing a lot of tools. I'll probably just go to the hardware store and buy one using your specifications. I do have round toothpicks, do they work? Check them out.
Well, yes...the best thing to do is get a 5/64" drill bit. They're pretty common and any hardware store will have it. 5/64" = 2.0mm. Short of that, most round toothpicks are about 2.0 mm. So go with the round toothpick in lieu of the drill bit until you can get one. Ten wraps should yield about 2.0 ohms.
I converted one of my Magmas to a single coil 1.5ohm so I can use it to test new juices. Changed air flow to dual 1mm. Wicked with organic cotton. Porch Rocker from RBFS.. Damn!!

I think I'm going to change the other two to the same configuration as well. This way, I'll be able to use the Magmas on the Provari too and finally get to the 15 or so juices I need to try/test from River Bottom Fog Sauce and My Vape Juice.
I'll leave the wide open IGo-W3 and IGo-W6 for dual coil sub-ohm vaping.

Volt, most toothpicks are around 2mm, so you can either use those, or that screwdriver that you have there. Looking at the size next to the toothpicks, I'd say that is a 3/32 or 2.3mm size.
I found the Magma doesnt do .22 ohms or less too well not enuf airflow.... .3 to 1.0 seems to be a workable zone depending on the juice....
.7ohms with a single coil was pleasant , not as much vapor but easier to tolerate higher nicotine with , above 1 ohm with duals muted the flavor somewhat IMO so I'm leaving the Magma at subohm and have the IGO above Ohm for testing but it sounds like you have a bunch of juice to try if you need all 3 .Excellent, because I don't see myself going down to that limit anyway.
