I had to send my Provari back to Provape for repairs. They said the switch was worn out. So a paltry $25 repair charge and my beloved Provari is now winging its way back to me from Provape. Can't wait to get it back.

Great product. Great company.

Someone might need to check on Pappy or Bronze after this one....
ProVape sent me an email asking me to review the P3 I purchased two weeks ago (and took a week getting here). I gave it 4 out of 5 stars, and called it 'ProVari Smooth', describing the P3 as an 'Evening device' that delivers a smooth, relaxing vape. ProVari smooth.

It seems kinda of odd that I would be reviewing a ProVari, doesn't it ?

My foray into rebuildables is going nicely. I have a Veritas clone, which is the bomb. Very first coil, 28g 10 wraps came out to 1.7ohms, a bit high, but it hits like a champ so I'll stay with it awhile. KFL+ clone, 2nd coil, 1.2ohm (7 wraps I think?) is doing nicely too. Tighter than the Veritas of course, but I knew that going in. I have an Aqua v2 clone on the way too. Any other suggestions? Magma? Plume Veil? tank or RDA, I don't care, just looking for stuff :D

I am by no means an expert, but I think it all depends on what Power Source (Reos, ProVari, etc) and what you are looking for.
After having a VV Grand planed down to accommodate other attachments, and watching multiple reviews (I prefer Todd's) I went with a remodeled Veritas. I did this because I wanted a single coil for smoother, cooler vapor. I recently traded away an RM5 (a remodeled Double Cross) because I didn't like 'Cloud Chasing'. I traded that device to Dusty_D, and if you go back 5- 10 pages on this thread you will find a video Dusty made using that device as it should be used- producing clouds.
If you are into 'Flavor Chasing', meaning a smooth, flavorful vape - I believe you've already done well with a Veritas and a KFL.
If you're looking for Cloud Production - dual coil setups, like the Double Cross, the Odin, and others would be worth looking into.

Again, it all comes down to what do you want from your gear ?

??? ... you lost the me. Not 'trolling', just seemed odd to me that I would be asked to review a ProVari.

EDIT : Allow me to explain - If you wanted my opinions on a Reos, I'd be happy to speak up as I've been using various Reos products for several years now. But asking me to review a ProVari ? Wouldn't ProVape be better served asking Bronze or just about anybody from the P3 thread to write a review ? I don't know, maybe ProVape just does that sort of thing....

At the moment I'm using a Provari v2 and a 20 watt vamo. Those 2 toppers work well on either one as long as I don't sub-ohm, plus they're totally different vape experiences, which is great. I also have a couple of mechs which I could sub on with that veritas if I like. I know the KFL isn't meant for that.

I'm thinking about a DNA device to explore subbing and possibly some RDAs/RTAs for that. And yes, I have some 30A batteries[emoji4]

PapawBrett, something must be wrong with my eyes...I look at your avi and for a few seconds it appears to be moving...great shot !

That's my original avatar. I was moving when I took it, east-bound on I-40 in Tennessee, just entering a part of the Interstate known as 'The Gorge'. Love that shot, relates to what I do in so many ways.....

Many vendors (not just vape vendors) automatically send customers a review request a couple/few weeks after they shipped the product.

It isn't unusual for a vendor ( or manufacturer ) to request a review on their product they have sold to someone. They are usually unaware of your experience with other products... but they are interested in finding out what you think of the one you bought. Typically the emails are automated, if you bought product x, y or z... then you get the email for that product. They have no idea of your experience otherwise.

Auto Dealers, yes. Vape Gear, nope. But then again, if it ain't Reos, HHV or Wal Mart, I don't shop a lot.

Ice , I've pretty much relegated my Kayfuns to backup status in favor of the Rose V2 but I wouldn't recommend the Rose to someone just getting started in building . It's an outstanding atomiser for flavor but it requires more patience to build and wick than a Kayfun , I'd wait until you've got that Aqua V2 down pat , you should have a clearer idea of your likes and dislikes by then .

Ok , I answered your first post before I read this . If you're willing to go subohm the Magma would be an excellent RDA for you . A dual coiled Magma in the .7 range is a flavor monster and it'll ring every little nuance out of your juice , it's not as leakproof as a Veritas but it's an easier dual coil build and tough to beat for flavor . I run my Rose V2 clones subohm all the time , between the ceramic insert , peek insulater and juice flow control it's a natural for subohm builds , you should give these a look but as I've said the Rose isn't an easy build starting out with , but if you're willing to take the time to figure it out , it'll reward you with one helluva vape .
