Nope , but it does take a lot longer to heat up .

Not if you don't build a super large coil. I'm running 26g in pretty much all my single coil configs in the .7 - 1 ohm range. Wattage set between 10 and 12.

Oh I have a question about my MPV2.0 for you folks. Today it went to yellow a little faster than normal. Once it is yellow, it rapidly goes downhill. If I remember right it goes to a 3.6 before I charge it again, sometimes 3.5 volts. Today it went to red at 3.6 volts. Does this mean the battery life is getting shorter on me? It seems to stay in the green the same. But once it goes yellow, it won't be long before I have to charge it. I wasn't expecting the red light so quickly today. I bought this mod in early Nov.

I own an MVP2 and it has always done the same thing as yours. Once it gets to yellow it's basically done. So I treat it as a red light.

Playing with 26 gauge in the kayfun on this P3. Wow, what a difference this boost makes. Without boost, it takes 5 - 6 seconds to ramp up the heat. With boost (maxed albeit) it takes about 1 second. Need to vape with this 26 gauge more to see how I like the flavor. Producing more clouds though.

Really? The Sig boosts right up..Even with a 1.1 ohm 26ga macro.

This has been my problem all along with the harsh vapor. I also now am running my macros at 15 watts..Thanks to your kind suggestion. :)

I did .. I did for sure..Now I'm wondering just what if ever I will use 100watts for? Or even the 30 watts I was at when I found out about the lower wattage. Mech mod user expert..Noob at VW. :D

Maybe when you build quad 1 ohm coils with 18g in some future dripper that you purchase, you can use around 75 - 100W. :D

It'll also depend on the build you do or use... the Aspire Atlantis or Kanger Subtank using 0.5Ω coils don't start tasting good until the 20w-40w range ( depending on user preferences and e-liquid being vaped )

On my Magma... I usually run between 11-15w on a 1.2-1.8Ω build... similar with the Kayfun... on the Subtank I still haven't clogged the 0.5Ω and I like it at 23w... still need to try the 1.2Ω and the RTA deck on that one.

I've dumped all my carted tanks but one..The Billow is suppose to replicate the Orchid but with AFC and a 5ml glass tank..Everything I wished the Orchid to be.

Today's spaced nickel coil. 28g, 14 wraps, 2.5mm. Reads 0.11. I tried something new with wicking it. Seems to have worked.

Running smoothly @430 F, 18w

Hello guys. I have recently noticed some differences between my first KFM clone (Infinite) and the last one I got (Ivogo). Aside from trivial stuff like the transparent tank being a bit wider and the chimney harder to screw on, I'm having a real issue getting it to wick properly without having to constantly prime the wick to get air to exit the juice channels. It's like the air bubbles refuse to form inside the tank, and a big one just forms inside the chimney.

In contrast, my Infinite brand clone works and wicks perfectly, with air bubbles constantly forming and floating to the top. I'm thinking that perhaps one of the juice channels or air holes is a fraction off in the Ivogo. I guess I'll just buy another Infinite clone and use the Ivogo strictly in dripper mode.

Sig 100 and Aqua v2, full metal jacket (remember that you heard it from the IceMan first, because you'll hear it again all over these forums ). Dual coil 28g 8 wraps .7ohm. Bah-In that tastes all of a sudden like peach cobbler.

The Ice has just started yet another internet meme. Get used to it.
