Rob has his design already patented, so should be able to go after those guys if he chooses to do so.
I hope so. That said, patent laws can be worthless. I was involved in a patent breach and the hurdle is high to prove it.
And I hope he does. Rob holds the Patent for a single- block milled aluminum body, plus the use of the name on top of this..... I think it's getting a little out of hand.
EDIT : I felt so strongly about this I called Rob. He is aware of it, and it's coming out of China, who doesn't recognize any patent laws except their own. He could try to keep them out of the country, but it would cost a fortune, and the way they are shipping them in one at a time makes it nearly impossible to stop. If some store stateside tries to sell them, he could do something about that, but even then it's an expensive proposition.
Rob doesn't seem worried. He says he's not a one-trick pony. He still has his Grands, Woodvils, Resins, and he's even thinking of building another metal mod later this year.

I doubt he'll lose much business , those that want a REO will buy from him , he might catch some fence straddlers or those that like to try a clone before buying an authentic , in a way it's more exposure for him , that's probably how he's looking at it .

Mamaw is in the 'Book of the Month' clubs. She usually buys the Hardcover, or Novels. Sometimes she will go for the paperbacks, but mostly Novels.

Wife gives me $100, and Daughter Gives me $50 for birthday. Daughter says "for that stuff you do" meaning Vaping. But I just bought six Woodvil (two were sent to Foster Homes) and I have something like 50 flavors for DIY, and a Gallon each of PG and VG on the way. I could think 'drip tips', but I've got more than I need, or use already. 120ml of HHV Nets waiting, plus two ProVaris, each has it's own KFL and a dripper.
