Great to see this. The BMA's party line has enormous influence in the UK. Every organisation that wants to ban vaping on its premises (e.g. rail companies) quotes it as justification.
I've seen so much effort put in over the last few months in the media by pro-vapers (Clive Bates, of course, has been working his guts out also towards the EU); perhaps this is inspired by rage against the EU TPD? (My own efforts certainly have been!) And I get a feeling that the tide is beginning to turn... If the EP allows the TPD to pass tomorrow, they may find themselves high and dry, stranded far away from popular opinion.

I don't mind at all. The original is someone else's but the law on that includes a fair use clause for certain uses such as 'parody'.
