Lexington Meet!!

Any interest in a Lexington meet between now and the Highland Games? Maybe the 28th?

I'm checking into possible vape friendly spots, but if anyone has a suggestion hop in here with it!

28th is okay, but I do have preexisting plans that same evening (around 7) so won't be able to stay long.

Have you tried Common grounds or 3rd street stuff? Both are very laid back coffee shops. 3rd street stuff isn't very big, but it's a very welcoming space. Both serve more then coffee (Good sandwiches etc) and are friendly to a more diverse group of people.

I've thought about checking with Common Grounds as well. Been there a few times and really like the atmosphere. Also want to check a few places in Hamburg as it might be easier for those traveling to just hop off the interstate and be right there. Will try to have a place finalized by this weekend.

28th is now a total no go for me- I'm sorry! I thought it was just the evening of, but my hubs may be calling with info that day and I'm needed.

Ok... MacArthurBug can't make it the 28th, but can make it next weekend... 21st. Since she's not long for the Bluegrass, does the 21st work for everyone else? We'll make it a mini Vapefest for those that can't travel to St. Louis! Plan on stopping by Common Grounds tomorrow to see if we can use their facility. Will have a definate spot by tomorrow night.

P.S. For those that don't know, MacArthurBug's family will be deploying to Germany within the next few weeks for a 3 yr stint.

I'm going to call a few places I know are cool with "strange" people. See if us having a separate room would fit the bill. FIRST though I'd love to know a time that works good for everyone. Afternoon (between 2 and 4) is actually the best time for me and mine. But I'm flexible as long as it's not too late in the day. Anyone have a schedule I need to plan around? A time that's easier for them to get out, before I make sure we have a place to meet?

Since jynn generally wakes up for work around 4, it would be better to do it around then. Personally I'm flexible, though. And I know she can wake up earlier if necessary.
