I never even hinted that the Imrens are "fake" (please tell me what you mean by that) or crappy. I merely stated that their continuous rating is not 40A, it's 20A. It's a completely different statement and I am very confused by your response. This means they could can be as good as a 25R, HE4, VTC5, or any other 20A cell. I haven't compared them directly yet though. However, they are not 40A cells. There are no 40A 18650's, or even 35A, in existence as of this date.

If you are happy using Imrens, please use them! For any situation requiring a 20A cell they could work very well indeed.

I am also confused by your post regarding 32A being a pulse rating. Which
Imrens are you talking about? If the pulse rating is 32A then the continuous rating will be 20A or less.

That's what the website item description said, I never got the purple ones in that link. They were just the same brand and had an inflated spec sheet.btried to show that i believe they are good. I don'teven wantbto look at my box of batteries for the specs. Im bored withthe topic. Busy enjoying my batteries.

My friend is like you with the equipment. Maybe he exaggerated a tad to keep me satisfied with my new pair but i had a few pairs of 18650s in the past. A good Panasonic blue, and 2 LGs one pair HGE4 and another HGE2. The damb inren are rocking my snow wolf 200w and actually came in a bundle with the snow wolf so someone mustve known they matched well. Plus a tfv4 full size tank kit. The whole thing is flawless. Not long ago i bought it, the bundle

Welllll....there are other much less optimistic scenarios for why Imrens were included with your mod.
But if you feel they're working well for you then those are the batteries to use! Sounds like an awesome setup.

They aren't just in there for cheap additions, they are sufficient to pump out the jam of this box mod. I will take your opinion on the liying specs but the pair in my box somehow are great. Thats all that matters and they safely run the mod

All that matters is that you are happy with their performance!
Their being only 20A batteries does not mean they are crappy batteries!
I fully accept and believe that you feel those batteries are fantastic in your SnowWolf!
I fully accept and believe that you feel they perform better than the HE4's you had!

Ok so I feel like it would be a good idea for me to post what I've found with all the information on batteries I collected thus far.

None of these vaping batteries can pull of continuous discharge rate of over 20A, most not even over 15A. The reason they say 30-40 amps is because they can support that on a short pulse, but rating for continuous rating is what is important here, because these batteries can cause serious injury, and WILL cause serious injury if someone decides they want to push the battery past its limit.

The limit is what we're looking for, especially the constant discharge rating simply because we want to be sure with safety in mind that they will work reliably and we don't have to constantly monitor them while using our APV's. Like I said earlier, the amp rating for MOST batteries that you will find is that of the maximum pulse discharge rate, which is ok for the average consumer. They will charge the battery(ies,) pop them into their mod(s) that they have, and then proceed to vape normally, like most people.

Just some of us on this website aren't most people, we're looking for the cleanest, most efficient and cost effective methods of achieving our goals. So with that in mind, a battery that says 30+ amps on it, we know are "fake" batteries because technology for these batteries won't allow them to go past a certain amperage without causing permanent damage to the battery itself.

But to the OP, the HE4s will be fine. Same battery Vaporshark uses in their DNA40.

HG2s have a higher MaH and might be better for life span, but if you have the HE4s layin around, feel free to throw em on in that D2

I meant the HE2's. I forget. They are better than HE4's even though the number 4 comes after 2 the HE2's are slightly newer and better.

Yeah it may sound crazy but the better LGHE2's I use the more clouds more Snow Wolf 1.5 makes.
