I had a riva battery that went bad after a month and they responded quickly. I decided not to claim a warranty. The prices are cheap enough and the support was great. Sending it back and them sending a new one wasn't worth the shipping with their low prices.
I recently bought a T Rex kit from them and just over a week one battery just quit working. I emailed support and Jacob responded quickly and said it sounded like a bad battery. He asked for an order number. I sent it twice and sent a couple other emails with no response since. I don't know if they changed their support department or what, but it went from the best to no contact.
